Update To date 35 agencies and over 80 front line staff across the region received training and are currently using the database which in turn populates the website. Since the website went live in March 2009 an average of 900 visits occur on a monthly basis. Presentations have been and will continue to be conducted to community partners, service groups and elected officials informing them on the project, benefits and progress being made in their area. This presentation is to inform businesses and organizations about the first standard that has been developed. Businesses must comply with the Customer Service Standard no later than January 2012.
