AGTA Home Health Care is hiring for multiple, casual Personal Support Worker (PSW) positions in the Cobourg and Port Hope area. Positions are assignment based and hours may fluctuate from week to week.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist with activities of daily living, including grooming, dressing, bathing, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support and assist with transfers.
• Report any changes in client behavior or condition.
• Assist with meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and washing dishes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and assessment abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with home care coordinators.

Qualifications:
• Required: PSW Certification, OR RN/RPN/DSW/Personal Attendant Certification.
• RN students: Must have completed a minimum of two years of nursing training.
• Required Certifications: CPR, First Aid, or BLS.
• Vulnerable Sector Check (must be completed or willingness to complete).
• Experience in community-based PSW work is a strong asset.

• AEC/DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (required).
